Hepatic Coccidiosis
This rabbit, Puffy, was discovered to have an enlarged liver when he was anaesthetized for his neuter. He was diagnosed with Hepatic Coccidiosis, a condition caused by the coccidia parasite in the liver. Puffy was treated with Apo-Sulfatrim and recovered fully within a month. Note the "unbalanced" appearance between his right and left sides.
